Welcome to ICELAND Transfers. By booking our transfer services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
All bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance of the required travel date.
Accurate travel details, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, and time, must be provided at the time of booking.
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from ICELAND Transfers.
Cancellations made 16 hours or more before the scheduled ride – 100% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made between 14 to 15 hours before the scheduled ride – 90% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the ride – No refund will be provided.
No-shows without prior notice will be considered as a non-refundable cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and maintain a peaceful environment in the vehicle.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the car to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in an additional charge for repair or cleaning.
Each passenger is allowed a standard amount of luggage. Excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking.
ICELAND Transfers reserves the right to refuse excessively large or unsafe items.
ICELAND Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
In case of any unavoidable delay, our team will make every effort to keep you informed.
ICELAND Transfers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked transfer service.
All our vehicles are fully insured and comply with Icelandic transport regulations.
Drivers hold valid licenses and are trained to ensure passenger safety.
ICELAND Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior.
