All bookings should ideally be made at least 10 days before the travel date to ensure vehicle and driver availability.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
Cancellations made 16 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time:
✅ 100% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made between 14 to 16 hours before the scheduled pickup time:
✅ 90% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup:
❌ No refund will be provided.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
No food or drinks are allowed inside the vehicle to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers.
Smoking or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged accordingly.
Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
In case of flight delays, please inform us in advance to adjust your pickup schedule (subject to driver availability).
We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.

Iceland Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or road closures.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; the company is not liable for any lost or misplaced items.
