At Iceland Transfers, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and reliable service experience. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and policies:


1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings should ideally be made at least 10 days before the travel date to ensure vehicle and driver availability.

  • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

  • Cancellations made 16 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time:
    100% refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made between 14 to 16 hours before the scheduled pickup time:
    90% refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup:
    No refund will be provided.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


3. Passenger Conduct

  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the vehicle to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers.

  • Smoking or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged accordingly.


4. Delays & Waiting Time

  • Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

  • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

  • In case of flight delays, please inform us in advance to adjust your pickup schedule (subject to driver availability).


5. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.

  • Your data will never be shared, sold, or misused by Iceland Transfers or any third party without your consent.

  • We use secure, encrypted systems to protect your information and maintain confidentiality at all times.


6. Safety & Liability

  • All our vehicles are insured and regularly maintained for passenger safety.

  • Iceland Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or road closures.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; the company is not liable for any lost or misplaced items.


7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a transfer with Iceland Transfers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
